A last look at the October Kit with Sandi Clarkson

Hello, scrappers! Sandi Clarkson here with you today to share a last look at my projects created from the October Kit "Summer's Last Dance."

First up I've used some of the heavenly 7 Dots Studios 9th Wave papers and paired them with flowers and embellishments from the kit and add-ons. I loved using the She Art stencil from the kit along with the Shimmerz Texturez paste .. and just had to use the Christy Tomlinson She Art packaging as well. Loved that pop of red. The photo is of my youngest dd and her hubby.

I've used the Main Kit, the Flower Add-on and the Embellishment Add-on.
From my stash I've used some twine, a Cheery Lynn butterfly die, a MS punch and a few miscellaneous pearls.

I decided it was time for a boy page and these 9th Wave papers and Blue Fern Marrakesh chipboard (which I left naked) were so perfect for doing one! My page is based on a sketch by Lydell Quinn.

I've used the Main Kit, the Flower Add-on and the Embellishment Add-on.
From my stash I've used a stencil and some Dylusions mist, cheesecloth and a MS butterfly punch.

Next I decided to do a mixed media canvas. This one is 11x14. I had such fun creating my background with my Damask stencil and lots of Lindy's Stamp Gang mists! I loved altering the kit and add-on contents to suit my needs. Don't you love that photo of dgd Marianne working on a crafty project with her 3 headbands and a scarf?

I've used the Main Kit, the Flower Add-on and the Embellishment Add-on.
From my stash I've used a brooch from my jewelry box, mists,  stencil, molding paste, cheesecloth, pearls and some drywall mesh.

Here is my take on the October sketch by Michele Singh.  Loved working with these Tilda papers!

I've used the Main Kit, the Flower Add-on and the Embellishment Add-on.
From my stash I've used pearls, paper doilies, chalk Fink, Gelatos and my Martha Stewart Wild Flowers and Floral Vine punches.

Lastly, I decided to combine the 7 Dots with the Tilda papers to highlight a lovely bridal photo of my dgd and her husband. It's hard to see (because I covered much of it) but I did get a little messy with the Shimmerz Vibe and cute little Prima stamp. The flowers in October's kit were so lovely and clustered so well regardless of the color combination you wanted to mix.

I've used the Main Kit, the Flower Add-on and the Embellishment Add-on.
From my stash I've used another Cheery Lynn butterfly die, a MS punch, My Cricut Expression, black card stock and a few miscellaneous pearls.

Thanks for coming by today! It is nearing mid-month and we will soon be sharing some sneaks of the gorgeous November kit!  Until then ... happy scrapping!
